Contest Rules
How to Enter:
All entries need to be received between Jan 1 2009 and December 31 2009. Mechanically or non-human input produced entries will not be accepted. Only one entry is permitted per unique address during the contest period.
Selection of Winners:
Winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all entries received. Drawing will be conducted by Berkeshire Exteriors LLC. All prizes will be rewarded and winners will be notified by mail or telephone. Limit one prize per individual household. All prizes are nontransferable and no substitutions are allowed. Berkeshire Exteriors assumes no responsibility or liability for damages, losses or injury resulting from acceptance of use of prizes. Taxes, if any, are the responsibility of the individual winners. No purchases necessary to win. In the event that a winner has purchased a product from Berkeshire Exteriors that is part of their prize between the time of their entry and the time of the drawing, such prize winner may elect to receive the retail value of that prize in lieu of the product or products. Winners may be required to verify the address or execute an affidavit of eligibility and release within 14 days of notification attempt. Entry constitutes the permission to use the winners’ names and likenesses for promotional purposes without further compensation.
Prizes:
Grand Prize (1): 25 squares of completely installed new Owens Corning Duration shingles, underlayment, valleys, and venting to the winner’s primary residence. Color options are to be determined by Berkeshire Exteriors LLC. Prize limited to any amount up to but not to exceed 25 squares of new roofing. Second Place Prize (2): Get ridge venting and bird and pest proof vents installed on winners primary residence. (3): 25% off complete total of roofing project, or ridge venting and bird and pest proof vents installed on winner’s primary residence.
Privacy:
Participants in the “Win Free Roof Replacement 2009 Sweepstakes” create a business relationship with Berkeshire Exteriors LLC and it reserves the right to contact each participant regarding future promotions and offers. Participants names and given info WILL NOT be shared with other parties.
Odds:
The odds of winning are determined by the number or entries received during the sweepstakes entry period. A purchase in not necessary to enter, and will not improve the chance of winning.
