Berkeshire Exteriors supports Better Business Bureau services to the public and meets BBB Accreditation standards.

MN General Contractors License – Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009.

Minnesota General Contractors License #20583367. This license gives Berkeshire Exteriors the needed credentials to perform construction projects within conformance to Minnesota and city specific building construction codes.

HAAG Engineering Certified Roof Inspector 2007, 2008, 2009.

Haag Engineering has been the cornerstone in evaluating storm damage, and often has the final say in storm damage insurance cases when two parties have differences in opinion. The Haag perspective and understanding of roofing systems and knowledge of composition shingles is second to none, and is recognized in the storm damage industry. Only Haag Certified Roof Inspectors are armed with this intellectual property.

Chris Olson, owner of Berkeshire Exteriors was one of the first Haag Certified Hail Damage Inspectors in Minnesota. With its Haag Engineer Certified designation, Berkeshire Exteriors adds instant credibility to homeowners and their interaction with the insurance companies. Berkeshire Exteriors will include the full resources, knowledge, and practice of this important designation exclusively to its clients as part of storm damage restoration and roofing, siding, and windows projects as needed.

When meeting with insurance claim adjusters and those working on behalf of insurance companies evaluating storm damage, this knowledge and certification is extremely valuable when representing property owners.

Vinyl Siding Institute Certified Installer 2009.

Through the Vinyl Siding Institute’s (VSI) Certified Installer Program, Berkeshire Exteriors receives thorough training on proper, industry approved vinyl siding installation techniques. VSI’s certification process involves a combination of classroom training, hands-on instruction, and a written test by a certified trainer.

Pella Windows Certified Contractor and Installer 2007, 2008, 2009.

Berkeshire Exteriors has been selected by the Pella Corporation and the local top selling sales branch for membership in the select group of respected independent contractors who have demonstrated outstanding quality, service and customer satisfaction. Berkeshire Exteriors is authorized to sell and install the full line of Pella Window products. This certification will pass tremendous money saving opportunities to our customers through special promotions and incentives.

Owens Corning Preferred Contractor 2008, 2009.

Berkeshire Exteriors have been approved by Owens Corning as a Preferred Contractor. We have met the standards set forth by Owens Corning, are Licensed and insured as required by state law, provides the highest- quality products and customer service, has been in business for more than three years under its current mane, and has passed the Owens Corning Baseline and Advanced Installation Testing Requirements.

Platinum Level Customer Appreciation Award from ABC Supply Company 2007, 2008.

Berkeshire Exteriors has been awarded the distinctive Platinum Level Appreciation Award from ABC Supply Company. Only two of these awards were given out in our marketplace. Berkeshire Exteriors has the highest “A” rating business credit status, its payment accounts are impeccable, and its level of sales volume robust. This is the second consecutive year Berkshire Exteriors has received this business distinction.
